The operation brought the overall post-money valuation of AdMind S.R.L. to 2,390,210 Euros and saw the participation of 118 shareholders, including numerous prominent Italian entrepreneurs. Investors have shown great enthusiasm and confidence in the project, which aims to revolutionize the marketing sector through the use of Artificial Intelligence.

The funds raised will be used to accelerate the development of the SAAS solutions offered by AdMind, strengthen its presence in the Italian and international markets, and expand the team of professionals specializing in Artificial Intelligence and digital marketing.
